H. Thomas Gnuse founded HTG Investment
Advisors Inc. in 1993. From 1986 to 1993, he served as a general
partner of two venture capital partnerships managed by RFE
Investment Partners, and from 1982 until 1986 he was a general
partner of Prime Capital LP. As a general partner, Mr. Gnuse
evaluated, negotiated and managed numerous financing transactions
for these venture capital partnerships which invested more than $150
million in private equity. Mr. Gnuse has served on the board of
directors of several early-stage venture-backed
companies.
Prior to 1982, Mr. Gnuse was with NCR Corporation
for fifteen years. He directed product and strategic planning for
NCR's worldwide business in the financial industry and was general
manager of a major business unit. He also served for three years as
an officer in the United States Air Force.
Tom received a
BSEE degree from Duke University where he graduated summa cum laude
and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He received an MS in Engineering
degree at UCLA. At Harvard Business School, he received an MBA
degree with distinction and was selected as a Baker Scholar. His
advanced studies included quantitative analysis and investment
management.
Tom is a member of Aegis, a select group of
experienced independent financial advisors throughout the U.S. Tom
is also a member of the Financial Planning Association( FPA) and the
American Association of Individual Investors (AAII). He has served
on the board of directors of the local chapters of both
organizations. Additionally, he has served on various community
boards.

Jeanne P. Gnuse has over 14 years of experience in professional
services and administration. Prior to co-founding HTG Investment
Advisors, Jeanne represented Doncaster, a women's apparel company.
During her tenure as a registered dietitian, Jeanne wrote a diet and
nutrition newspaper column.
Jeanne received her BS from the
University of Dayton and is Series 65 registered. She is active in
many civic organizations and enjoys opera, singing, skiing and
gardening. Jeanne is an active member of the American Association of
University Women. |

Robin Sherwood uses her twenty plus years of financial experience
to assist clients in maximizing their financial well-being. She
combines broad knowledge of personal financial planning issues with
a commitment to provide objective recommendations based on a
client's specific goals. She counsels clients in the areas of
retirement, taxes, investments, estate planning and insurance
planning.
Robin has an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School
at the University of Pennsylvania, and a BA from Colby College
(magna cum laude). She received her Certified Financial Planner
(CFP) designation in 1989. Prior to joining HTG in 2005, Robin was a
financial advisor with Westbrook Financial Advisors for 15 years.
She also worked for five years as a financial manager at Smithkline
Beckman.
Robin has spoken widely and has conducted financial
planning seminars for several major corporations in the tri-state
area. She has contributed to articles in Money Magazine,
Ladies Home Journal, Fidelity's Stages Magazine, and
has appeared on CNN.
Robin has hands-on experience with
college planning, with two college-age daughters. She is an avid
tennis player, competing in both USTA and league tennis events.

Susan G. Lione worked in the investment industry for seven years
prior to joining HTG, including J.P. Morgan where she worked in the
investment advisory department. She is a licensed real estate agent
in the state of Connecticut and has five years experience in the
field. Sue is Series 65 registered and has completed the course of
study required to become CFP certified.
Sue has her BA in
Economics from Immaculata College. Sue is active in the community
and is past Chairman of the United Way of New Canaan. She enjoys
tennis and skiing. |

Barbara M. Ollinger worked in the financial industry for 12 years
prior to joining HTG in 1998. Her prior positions included Vice
President of Commercial Mortgage Lending for Shawmut
Bank.
Barbara received her MBA from the University of
Connecticut and a BS in Business Administration from the University
of Maine, with distinction. She is Series 65 registered and received
the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation in
2007.
Barbara is active in the National Charity League with
her teenage daughter, and is a member of the P.E.O. Sisterhood.

Jennifer joined HTG Investment Advisors Inc. in June 2005 after
working for four years as an administrator at Westbrook Financial
Advisors. She also worked as a business manager for Northwestern
Mutual Insurance and a lending officer at Bankers Trust. For eight
years, she was a partner and manager of two Beadworks Stores in the
Boston Area, and partner in a family-owned inn located in Northern
Vermont.
Jennifer is a graduate of Middlebury College with a
major in French, and is fluent in both French and Spanish. She
worked as a translator while living in Bogotá, Columbia for two
years. Jennifer is Series 65 registered.
In addition to
spending time with her family, Jennifer enjoys her vacation home in
Vermont. She is an avid tennis player. |

Amy Sheinberg joined HTG Investment Advisors in January, 2005.
She brings with her over ten years of experience working on Wall
Street, where she was an assistant vice president at EF Hutton &
Co. and Shearson Lehman Brothers working in the Unit Investment
Trust department.
Amy graduated from the State University of
New York College at Oneonta with a BS in Consumer
Economics.
When she is not working at HTG she is busy
enjoying time with her family, playing tennis, hiking, reading and
scrapbooking. |
